In short, your role will provide first-class field service support to our clients’ customer base. From installation to repairs, everything you do in this role will be to the highest standard to ensure customers have a smooth experience with the instrumentation.

Planning the installation for new customer sites by communicating with the appropriate internal teams
Training customers to a high standard on the operational aspects of the installed instruments, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to use it within their line of work
Providing remote diagnosis and repair support when required
Representing the company at Technical Shows and Exhibitions, giving demonstrations of instruments and software
Ensuring all repair parts are on-site when needed and CRM transactions are completed thoroughly and in a timely manner

Ideally, you’ll be based in South West UK and can travel for work.

You’ll have an HND in Engineering or Electronics, or an equivalent education gained through work experience. As well as this, previous field or commercial experience is necessary for this role.

Previous technical experience within the Medical Device industry
Competent application of instrument operation, testing, maintenance, and repair procedures
