Head of Brand, Creative and Content Marketing

Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for an experienced and proactive Head of Brand & Campaigns to lead the strategic development and execution of global brand campaigns. This role requires an organized, empathic leader with a strong passion for building relationships and driving business growth through integrated marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage a small team of marketing professionals, and lead initiatives that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads across multiple regions and verticals. Campaign Management:
# Lead a team to ensure the successful design, delivery, and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and generate leads.
# Optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights and adjustments.
Brand Development:
# Strengthen global brand presence through consistent messaging, innovative content, and strategic communications.
# Oversee the development of marketing collateral ensuring brand consistency and high-quality standards.
Work closely with the commercial team, senior leadership, intelligence, and policy teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.

# Oversee the creation of content marketing and thought leadership programs that support brand and commercial goals.
# Ensure all content is aligned with Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) needs in collaboration with internal and agency partners.
Event Management:

# Experience in interim or parental leave cover roles, with a track record of quickly delivering excellence.
# Strong knowledge across paid digital, events, PR, social media, content, email, and webinars.
# Deep branding knowledge, with an understanding of marketing’s role in the development and monetization of products and services.
# Experience in developing creative, sales-focused marketing concepts and strategies.
# Ability to analyse data, make insight-driven decisions, and optimize campaigns for clear results.
# Passionate about delivering campaign excellence, leading high-performing teams, and driving commercial impact.
# Adept at creating content and campaigns that align with customer needs and business objectives.
