Join the team in this new role where we want someone with experience effectively managing a larger client base in a one-to-many engagement style.
The Role:
- Look after c.200 accounts with a range of values. Effectively manage time and resource to get the best from your client base.
- Apply one-to-many engagement strategies and apply segmentation to your client base you your time is most effectively spent on strategic & commercial success.
- Value is key here Understand your clients and add genuine value to their understanding, usage and benefit from the solution.
- Grow your account base with consultative, solution based upsell and cross sell. Expand users, grow into new departments or even cross brand. You are the commercial lead here
- Build strong relationships with high-value clients, understand their needs and ensure their success with the solution.
- Be the voice of the customer and liaison between clients and the rest of the team.
- Empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with the platform and its capabilities.
- Take lead on new accounts, manage their on-boarding and adoption.
- Lead online webinars and demos to ensure clients can fully capitalise on the platforms capabilities.
The Candidate:
- Prior experience of working in Customer Success with a client base of 100+ and in a one-to-many engagement approach.
- Experience working with a SaaS solution is very beneficial.
- Commercially capable and happy to hold c-suite level commercial discussions. A track record of growing account value and spend is key.
- A strong relationship nurturer.
- A high energy, engaging and charismatic personality. This is an engagement platform so you need to be engaging
The Benefits:
- £45k base salary plus a £10k OTE (Uncapped commission on account growth)
- Hybrid – London (2 days in a week)
