This role is to liaise directly with the Supplier and Customer base to ensure that all products meet the required standard in line with their policies and legal requirements. You will be maintaining the day- to day organisation of documents and overall high quality standard of the business ensuring customers quality requirements are met in a timely manner.
Ensure the quality of the product meets to the agreed standard.
Liaise with each department for quality improvements.
Analyse returns data and supply this to the suppliers for product improvements.
Liaise with customer and suppliers on quality issues.
Keep up to date records for test reports, ethical auditing and legal requirements such as UKTR.
Project management and maintenance for customer accounts with Key Account Manager support.
Working well with all members of the site team including the Technical, Production and Quality teams; Have good communication skills be computer literate in Microsoft as this role requires communication and liaising with the colleagues on all levels on a daily basis.
Be an organised and analytical person with a good eye for detail but be flexible and willing to contribute on all levels.
