As our ideal Chef Manager you will:-

  • Have excellent craft skills
  • Have previous experience of working within independent schools or high end B&I sites
  • Have a proven track record of continually improving standards
  • Have good communication skills at all levels
  • Have a positive out going disposition and real Can-do approach
  • Be passionate about food with a great eye for detail
  • Have the ability to lead a team, manage the kitchen and train the team to standards required
  • Have financial and budget awareness
  • The ability to understand and complete daily all relevant food and health and safety compliance books
The ideal candidate will also have the flexibility to work overtime as required.
