What does the role involve?
- Coach and mentor the team of Solution Consultants to support our Sales Team in meeting and exceeding our margin targets through passionately demonstrating the value of our solutions and the capabilities of our people.
- Leading from the front by being directly involved in opportunity strategy and execution, overseeing technical and commercial accuracy of our solutions and responses.
- Build relationships with internal product, delivery and sales teams, as well as external third-party suppliers to improves processes and remove technical/commercial barriers to secure the win.
- Assist our Sales team through preparation and delivery of business discussions, technical presentations, and product demonstrations, by carefully mapping customer business requirements to effective value driven solutions leveraging the IPI portfolio.
- Responsible for leading the team to execute in-depth discovery, memorable demonstrations, and accurate designs to give prospects and clients an exceptional experience of dealing with IPI and ensuring that any solutions from our portfolio match their current and future needs.
- Assist in the preparation and response to RFPs and carefully qualifying and supporting deals for technical and product aspects.
- Travel to customer sites where required to bolster discussions, deliver presentations and to build strong customer relationships.
You will have the following skills and attributes:
- Experience as a Solution Consulting Manager or similar advanced role, preferably in the cloud contact centre or customer experience domain.
- Excellent people management skills, such as empathy, coaching, developing, and communication.
- Passion for self-improvement and encouraging team growth.
- Strong understanding of contact centre operations, including call routing, IVR systems, digital channels, workforce engagement, and reporting.
- Familiarity with CCaaS platforms and related technologies.
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) use cases in contact centres.
- Technical knowledge in some of the following areas, VOIP, SIP, Messaging, Carrier Infrastructure, networking, and security.
