Job Description

Learning Specialist - 6 month FTC

Surrey

c. £55,000

Immediate Start

In this role you’ll be responsible for our digital learning platform ecosystem, managing implementation, content creation and curation for use across the business. You’ll hold the operational relationship with our providers, driving maximum value and delivering engaging learning experiences for the team.

Working closely with the Head of Talent and Development and Senior Specialist Talent Development, you’ll deliver the digital learning strategy across th ebusiness enabling our current and continued performance.

  • Supporting across all of our teams as well as with our commercial and central services functions.
  • Delivering best in class digital learning that our team can access anytime, anywhere.
  • Lead on the operational relationship with our digital learning providers, ensuring smooth and impactful delivery.
  • Develop learning journeys to support our key talent populations including leaders, managers, early careers, diverse talent pipelines and high potentials.
  • Key people lifecycle journeys through the creation of curated content and pathways such as induction and onboarding, introduction to management, performance management and paternity/maternity.
  • Key strategic communications through digital learning campaigns and communications e.g. Sustainability, Culture, People Engagement and Awareness dates.
  • You will be the SME for digital content creation – providing support for our commercial teams in the creation of commericalised content under our partnership model.
  • Working with the Senior Specialist, Talent Development and People Partners to identify future learning requirements to be built into annual delivery plans.
  • System governance and reporting.
