This is a fantastic opportunity to join our successful and growing team in a business that is roughly doubling in size each year.
We are looking to appoint a full-time B2B New Business Sales / Account Management, (office-based) to further expand our sales team and sell our rapidly expanding range of training solutions.
You will be office based in our newly built and very modern 20,000 sqft Training Centre in Dinnington, South Yorkshire.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Achieving and exceeding sales targets and growing the business by providing great quality and value-for-money solutions to your customers
Business development and Account Management, predominantly over the phone and via Teams / Zoom virtual meetings
'Warm' calling – new business and existing customers
New lead generation – building your own patch
Client development & key account management
Providing Information, advice, and guidance to clients to help them find the right solution
You Will:
Be an experienced sales professional in a B2B environment with a proven record of exceeding sales targets and being a valuable member of a dynamic sales team
Be a proven communicator, with the ability to engage and nurture relationships across a wide range of sectors and customer demographics
Have strong knowledge of honest and sincere sales practice and process, and experience in a similar sales role

We are leaders in our field and deliver learning in a way that works best for our clients and their teams.
Our training courses are designed to meet the needs of candidates at all levels of technical competence and experience, including business owners, directors, landlords, facilities managers, technicians, duty holders and those appointed as responsible or authorised persons.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Basic Salary up to £30,000 per annum
Requirements
Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a New Business Sales / Account Management / Telephone Sales / Customer Support / Account Management capacity and be self-motivated and driven to exceed targets and KPIs.
You must have experience of business to business (B2B) sales.
