Due to continued growth and success, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Claims Specialist with a focus on risk solutions to join our dynamic team. The Claims Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of insurance claims with a strong bias towards commercial fleet policies. This role involves far more than simply managing claims. As a key point of contact, the Claims Specialist will be responsible for developing relationships with new and existing clients and adding real value. Face to face meetings will be carried out with clients to ensure that we can meet their needs, manage their insurance programme effectively and establish long-term relationships.
Claims Management:
Handle end-to-end management of fleet insurance claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Support insurers and clients with claims investigation to reach the best possible result for all parties.
Risk Assessment:
Collaborate with our brokers, clients, and underwriters to provide insights for policy renewals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding claims, providing regular updates and addressing inquiries.
Data Analysis:
Regularly analyse claims data to identify trends, assess risk exposure, and recommend proactive measures to minimize future claims.
Ensure that claims are handled in accordance with insurance policies and regulatory requirements.
Stay informed about changes in insurance laws and regulations affecting the commercial and fleet sector.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all fleet claims, ensuring compliance with documentation standards.
Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and trend.
Ideally 5 years of experience in claims or a similar role within the insurance industry.
In-depth knowledge of commercial &/ fleet insurance policies.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Full UK Driving Licence and wiliness to travel on a regular basis.
