Making sure the site compound is kept to the standards required and complying with all health and safety procedures, fire safety procedures, security procedures
Receive and ‘sign off’ all customer and company vehicles coming into the compound, following the correct processes and procedures
Full responsibility for all aspects of the quality of vehicles entering the compound, including (but not limited to) checking that all paperwork, keys, book-packs, navigations discs etc. Making sure vehicles are available for Workshop/Bodyshop preparation and collection
Full UK Driving Licence
For the role of Site Logistics and Vehicle Coordinator, on-site staff parking will be available alongside a market leading remuneration package and the support you would expect from a manufacturer owned Top 100 company.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.00pm & Saturdays 8am to 1pm on a rota basis and there is a salary on offer of circa £30k, dependant on experience. 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays
