The General Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team, ensuring accurate processing of client payments, managing office bookings, addressing building tenant queries, and overseeing building maintenance activities. Additionally, the General Administrator will be responsible for office health and safety protocols, including serving as a fire warden and company first aider.
Support the sales team by processing client payments accurately and promptly.
Verify and maintain sales transactions to ensure correctness and address any errors.
Manage office bookings for our hot desk and casual office clients.
Address building tenant queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with maintenance contractors for building repairs and improvements.
Obtain quotes for maintenance works and oversee the completion of projects.
Ensure compliance with office health and safety regulations and serve as a fire warden.
