About the Role

Youll be responsible for managing and preparing competitive tenders and framework submissions from first principles for both new-build and refurbishment projects. Working with the wider pre-con team you will coordinate and challenge their input, including procurement, engineering and commercial, whilst supporting the bid management and quality submission requirements.

About You

Youll hold an HND/HNC, BSc degree in Quantity Surveying, or estimating experience, or other equivalent qualification. Youll have experience in a similar role, tendering significant bids to win profitable work, demonstrating an innovative and commercial approach. Professional, with excellent communication skills, youll have the ability to liaise confidently with internal and external customers, fellow colleagues and other stakeholders.

A full UK driving licence is essential.
