Job Description A brilliant opportunity for a Lead Front-End/Full-Stack Developer who has a strong background in mentoring junior Developers while building applications using React in an agile environment, to join an industry-leading software house in Milton Keynes. This role offers the chance to lead a team spearheading user-centered design and iterative development, while delivering cutting-edge software solutions.

Location: Milton Keynes, hybrid working

Requirements for Lead Software Engineer / Developer
Solid commercial experience using React within a front-end/full-stack role
You must have worked in a role where you were mentoring or leading other Software Developers
You're keen on progressing in a software leadership role
It would be beneficial if you have knowledge in C# or Golang
Any experience in working with micro frontend architectures or on cloud infrastructures would be beneficial
Previously worked in agile environments
Responsibilities for Lead Software Engineer / Developer
Design, build, and maintain applications using react
Work within an agile environment
Working for a company that values work-life balance
