Lead Software Engineer

We are helping an innovative tech business scale their cloud software team.


Due to continued growth and demand for their products they now urgently need a Lead Software Engineer to help lead and grow a team of talented engineers.


This role would suit a senior software developer who is keen to retain a hands on element to their role but now wants to step into more management and leadership.


This role is Hybrid within the UK – The office is based in Milton Keynes – the team meet there twice per week.


To be a successful, the ideal Lead Software Engineer candidate will have:


· A background in building complex software in React

· Strong experience of leading a team either as a line manger or team lead

· Excellent client facing / communication skills

· Experience of working in a small but growing team.
