Freelance Integrated Designer (Umbrella) Client Location: London (Hybrid)
Hours: Part-time
When we close our eyes, we see an ambitious Designer, who has joined our Brand & Attraction creative team and is crushing it for our Fortune 100 clients.

This person loves variety—print one day, digital the next, video the day after that. They are highly attuned to new design ideas, new mediums, and new ways of connecting with people. We’re looking for someone with a point-of-view and ready to express it through great creative work.

Art Director and CD, and collaborate with other designers, content creators and a variety of specialists. You will also be part of an exciting, growing creative industry called Employer Branding and helping us achieve our ambitious goals for the Americas. Website design experience (UI being the main area)

Develop internal and external communications that follow brand guidelines
Some brand development, including logo creation, typography, color scheme, etc.
Responsible for integrating and managing brand image and messaging for internal and external recruitment
Produce ready-to-publish files (print or digital) without error
Strong attention to detail and proof-reading final content to ensure consistency and quality standards are met
Ensures quality control across all artwork

2-3 years professional design experience
~ Video/animation/motion experience: A good balance of digital and print—a love for design across platforms
~ Strong WordPress and other CMS experience (some familiarity with CSS, JavaScript, basic HTML is helpful; coding not mandatory)
~ Understanding of social media standards/best practices (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
~ able to prepare files for print or digital publishing
~ Good communication skills, along with a polite phone manner and global thought mentality
~ A love for design and creativity
~ Portfolio demonstrating the above—online or PDF format would be appreciated
~ Comfortable working as part of a remote and decentralised team; some travel
