We're looking for a Finance Systems Analyst to join our Global Finance Systems Team on a full-time, permanent basis.



Reporting to the Global Finance Systems Manager, you'll be responsible for the support , enhancement and maintenance of systems and processes in order to support the wider Finance community achieve their objectives. You'll be working closely with our actuarial reserving team and finance regulatory reporting team.


Drive the focus on root cause analysis on issues and opportunities
Drive the continuous improvement and development of processes and systems across finance and accounting
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Department and wider local and Global functions
Undertake investigations into complex problems and business change in order to asses risk and ensure delivery of projects/programmes
Drive the design and implementation and/or support of technology and business architectures, spanning small IT projects to large scale enterprise change programmes
Provide the business technical conscious, defining and driving the right solution to meet the technical performance, scalability, flexibility, operation and capability needs
We would love to hear from you should you have background within the financial services and have an experience of using SQL (SSMS, SSIS), Excel (VBA, Power Query) and Power BI.


E xperience and understanding of the project lifecycle and process methodologies
Product knowledge and understanding of financial processes and systems
Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation & negotiation skills
Understanding or exposure to TM1 (IBM Cognos) is advantageous
