  • Monthly CVR preparation
  • Prepare and monitor cash flow forecast for designated projects.
  • Ensure all invoices submitted accurately and for certified value to ensure payments are received on time.
  • Support your team to value and authorise payments to sub-contractors within the region
  • Liaise with Contract Managers to establish the project specification and requirements.
  • Attend and contribute to meetings with work colleagues and or Clients/Customers when necessary, building relationships and demonstrating excellent communication skills.
  • Assist in the preparation, processing and selection of estimates, bids, and tenders to demanding timescales.
  • Support the team with monitoring the contract progress, assess, and report any changes that may affect project costs and or time scale.
  • Assist in the control of contract budgets.
  • Assist in the development of the procurement programme.
About You You will have experience of working as a Assistant Quantity Surveyor​within the Construction industry and refurbishments, it’s a distinct advantage if you have an understanding of the Social Housing planned works sector, which will give you the knowledge to hit the ground running and contribute effectively to the team. Applicants will ideally have a couple of years experience of managing their own workload/contracts, knowledge of the CVR process and schedules of rates. Applicants will also have strong commercial acumen, excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills. You will be an expert with IT with proficient MS office skills. You also must hold a Full UK Driving Licence as travel is a must with this role.
