We are dedicated to enhancing care standards across the healthcare industry, particularly within care and nursing homes.

The Role: As a Business Development Executive, you will be pivotal in expanding our footprint by engaging with care homes and nursing homes. You will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with clients on our Preferred Supplier List (PSL), ensuring we consistently meet their needs with our bespoke healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop strategic approaches to engage and onboard new clients within the care and nursing home sectors.

* Sustain and deepen relationships with existing clients on the PSL.

* Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that align with client expectations and requirements.

* Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies.

Requirements:

* Proven track record in business development or sales, with a preference for experience in the healthcare sector.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and fostering meaningful relationships.

* Strong organisational and time-management abilities; adept at balancing multiple priorities.

* Acute commercial awareness and a strategic thinker
