The Insights Executive role sits in our central Studio team, made up of Planners and Creatives. As an Insights Executive, you will be supporting on insights research and analysis across categories, brands, audiences and culture, which will be used to inform creative strategy presentations and thought leadership content.
Conduct insights research (both quant and qual) for current clients and new business pitches, supporting the Insights Planner on writing-up insight observations for presentations.
Become proficient in using our agency insight tools for research (training will be provided where needed) e.g. social listening, media monitoring, consumer research platforms. Help to upskill the team on tools, showcase best practice, and review tools as needed.
Support teams on insight & data-led measurement and tracking, particularly using agency measurement tools (e.g. influencer/social listening, media monitoring, search tools).
Help write insight-led thought leadership articles and/or contribute to research reports for the agency.
Strong analytical skills and be comfortable using online research platforms to interpret data and draw insights that will help to inform campaign planning.
