You'll be trusted to manage complex schedules, produce high-quality legal documentation, and maintain seamless communication with clients and internal teams. Key responsibilities include: Drafting, preparing and reviewing legal documents and correspondence Managing calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics Supporting timekeeping, expense processing and billing activities Maintaining client records and CRM systems with accuracy Coordinating with internal departments and providing overflow support Upholding confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions What we're looking for: 5+ years of proven and demonstrable experience as a Legal Secretary within a top-tier law firm Outstanding organisational and communication skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document systems Calm under pressure and manage competing priorities A team player with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset Professional, reliable and committed to adhering to high standards This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm that values excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
