Shield Mechanical, Electrical & Facilities Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Compliance Team. As a Compliance Administrator, to administer all PPM and compliance activity across all of Shield’s client’s static and mobile portfolios.
This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
Service Delivery
Input of data onto clients CAFM Systems/Portals
Raising contractor work orders
Analyze and report any service failures raising quotes for all remedial work.
Quality
Manage all data input/flow into and out of SimPRO.
Ensure all compliance certification is tracked and quality checked before submission to our client base ensuring we are compliant and within the statutory completion dates
Ensure compliance reports are completed for each site as required
Asset Data Collection & CAFM system input (in-house & 3rd party) to allow real-time tracking
Demonstrates a strong service orientation and awareness of the importance of delivering high standards of customer service
Ability to cost-effectively supervise and manage resources available to achieve a high level of service across the portfolio
Adaptable and flexible approach to work requirements
Good knowledge of information technology, including Microsoft, word, excel and Outlook
