About the Role: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing, specifically with extensive experience in market research and a background in managing teams.   1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:
Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
  1. Market Research:
Lead and conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the outsourcing industry. Utilize market insights to develop targeted marketing campaigns and product/service positioning.
  1. Team Management:
Manage and lead the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.
  1. Brand Management:
Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's brand image and messaging. Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing channels and materials.
  1. Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  1. Collaboration with Agencies:
Leverage previous agency experience to effectively collaborate with external marketing agencies, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.
  1. Data-Driven Decision Making:
Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators to measure the success of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions for future strategies.
  1. Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate marketing strategies and performance to key stakeholders, including senior management and relevant departments.
  1. Positive Attitude and Broader Exposure:
Demonstrate a positive and collaborative attitude that fosters teamwork and innovation. Utilize broader exposure to diverse marketing practices and industry trends to bring fresh perspectives to the marketing strategies. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 7-8 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a focus on market research.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role, demonstrating effective leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker who can translate objectives and strategies into concrete plans and deliverables
  • Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Broader exposure to different marketing practices and industries.
  • Capable of managing multiple, deadline-sensitive projects with a high level of quality.
  • Expertise in marketing strategy, branding, segmentation, demand, and lead generation.
  • Experience in developing and executing websites and marketing campaigns required.
  • Experience with SEO, analytics and MarTech stack.
