Automotive Technical Training Manager – Hybrid role.

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving technical excellence? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at building strong relationships? This role is working for a national training provider who deliver technical training to the top automotive brands. The role of Technical Training Manager will be to lead the training initiatives within one brand at a state-of-the-art training academy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Performance Management: Ensure all KPI targets for delivery and assessment are met.
  • Technical Solutions: Propose and implement strategies to enhance technical capabilities.
  • Client Relationships: Build strong relationships to support strategic training goals.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to operational requirements and health & safety policies.
  • Data Presentation: Present data and management information at client meetings.
  • Team Leadership: Provide direction, communicate goals, and drive delivery standards with the lead trainer.

Experience & behaviours:

  • Proven experience in people management.
  • Strong automotive technical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a high attention to detail.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Agile and flexible with a keen interest in vehicle technology and industry best practices.
