You will play

a central role

in developing team values and a strong collaborative culture

. Role responsibilities Ensure the highest standard of donor care is achieved across the team through tailored stewardship, engaging proposals,

communications

and other supporting materials

Work alongside the Senior Trusts and Foundations Manger to develop the team strategy and deliver against overall team objectives

Undertake prospect research of new,

diverse

and existing donors to ensure maximum impact of opportunities

Provide day-to-day direction,

support

and line management.?This will include regular 1:1s and annual reviews to ensure

objectives

and key results are met

Produce clear and compelling proposals, bespoke project information, engaging impact reports and other supporting materials

Manage and develop relationships with new and existing trusts

,

foundations

and key stakeholders to ensure successful long-term relationships

Person Specification Technical skills and minimum knowledge: Experience of managing teams

Experience of working in results-oriented environment particular in fundraising, sales,

marketing

or

recruitment

Numerate, comfortable with data and the able to handle budget

information

Excellent decision-making ability

An effective

communicator, verbally and in writing

Behaviours and competencies: Team-player,

ability to work collaboratively

Able to work

through challenges in effective ways

Clear understanding of the need to

maintain

confidentiality

Passionate about the work of the Trussell Trust and sympathetic to its values and ethos
