1) Front of House bar operation and drinks services

You will be proactive in the keeping of the bar, maintaining cleanliness, managing the drinks and table service to ensure each customer is welcomed and feels specially attended to. You will have the opportunity to learn and express yourself in serving our quality, seasonal vegan-inspired dishes that are presented to a high standard.

2) Part-time Pastry/Baker

We are looking for a vegan with Pastry skills to assist in our vegan kitchen on the production of all things pastry/cakes/desserts. Ideally, you have presentation skills and attention to detail in the presentation of cakes,tarts, bread, and pastries.

This role will allow you to experiment and develop your commercial pastry chef/baking interest within a vegan environment.

You will be proactive in teaching your teammates and learning from each other; you will have an important contribution to make where your assistance and opinion is valued. You will have the opportunity to learn and express yourself in maintaining our quality, seasonal vegan-inspired dishes that are presented to a high standard.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working candidate who shares a passion for healthy, wholesome, and nourishing cuisine with the ability to deliver creative plant-based dishes and modern food presentations.

Approach – You will naturally set a professional example to everyone, emphasising sustaining quality, efficiency, and consistency.

·Work with senior management to develop menus and enhance our classic dishes

·Work across various sections of the kitchen

·Be able to operate well in a small team

·Have great attention to detail

·Controlling and directing the food preparation process and kitchen hygiene

·Train team members to the highest standard, particularly in:

·Preparation and plating of all food items

·Knowledge of menu and allergens

·Full understanding of all ingredients used

·Food hygiene standards

4) Chef assistant and plant-based food preparation

A great opportunity to join our young & vibrant team - we are looking for a chef assistant and cook with some experience and interest in plant-based cooking and/or baking to help the kitchen team in our London-based renowned vegan restaurant.

Working alongside highly experienced Chefs this role will allow you to learn a lot and develop your commercial chef/cooking career.

You will be proactive in the hygiene of the kitchen and have an important contribution to make where your assistance and opinion are valued. You will have the opportunity to learn and express yourself in maintaining our quality, seasonal vegan-inspired dishes that are presented to a high standard.

5) Maintenance and cleaning assistant

This role will allow you to learn a lot and develop your understanding of restaurant operational aspects and general commercial hygiene within a vegan environment.

You will be proactive in the hygiene of the premises and have an important contribution to make where your assistance and opinion are valued. You will have the opportunity to learn and express yourself in maintaining our restaurant in a clean and hygienic manner to ensure our premises are always presented to a high standard.
