This is a 5-day/week position based in our Wigan office (WN3 5AZ).
As a Quality Assurance Auditor, youll:
Ensure Quality and Accuracy : Develop and execute quality control audit plans to enhance billing precision.
Review customer account ledgers, test invoicing parameters, and identify areas for optimisation.
Upskill and Support the Team : Train colleagues on quality standards and controlled processes, boosting overall accuracy.
Support Transformation Projects : Be a vital contributor to internal projects, driving IRISs ongoing success.
A strong grasp of Accounts Receivable, revenue processes, CRM, and transactional finance systems.
Make an Impact : Play a critical role in shaping and improving our billing operations.
