Events Manager Ideal Profile: Strong background in event management, particularly in weddings, with a proven track record of successfully planning and executing a variety of events Exceptional attention to detail to manage all aspects of event organization from initial planning to final execution Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with clients, vendors, and hotel staff, ensuring all parties are informed Passionate about providing exemplary service, creating welcoming and memorable experiences for guests Ability to anticipate and resolve issues swiftly and creatively to ensure events run smoothly without impacting guest satisfaction Skilled in leading and motivating teams to deliver high-quality service, while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment Events Manager Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, including timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing, and budgets Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure the best quality, service, and rates for events Serve as the primary contact for clients hosting events at the hotel, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded throughout the planning process and actual event Lead and manage the events team, providing training and support to ensure staff are well-prepared to deliver excellent service Solicit feedback from clients post-event to gauge satisfaction and identify areas for improvement to enhance future events By submitting your CV to Ginger Recruitment Services Ltd (GRSL), you are consenting to GRSL providing you with recruitment services as an agency defined under the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and authorising GRSL to work seek on your behalf.
