A leading construction safety company dedicated to creating innovative solutions that keep workers safe using the latest advancements in AI technology is looking for a talented UX Designer to join their growing team and play a vital role in designing intuitive and user-friendly experiences for their safety products and digital platforms.

Developing intuitive and user-friendly experiences for our safety software, mobile apps, training materials, and other digital touchpoints.
Working closely with product managers, engineers, and safety experts to translate user needs into effective design solutions.
Keeping up with the latest UX design trends and technologies relevant to the construction industry.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in UX design.
A strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies (e.g., user research, prototyping, usability testing).
Experience with designing for complex applications and web platforms.
Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
