Have you got experience wothing in the Hospitality Sector in a 4-5* Hotel or Spa?

We are looking for an exceptional Guest Services Assistant to work on Reception (FOH)

where you will be expected to provide each guest with a tailored and memorable experience of the highest standard.

Duties:

* Weloming guests in a professional & friendly manner

* To escort guest when possible

* Offer a valet service including a buggy service

* Always gabove an beyond guest experiences

* Load and unload luggage and personal items with care

* Maintain cleaninliness and order of the entrance/driveway

You may be required to adjust your hours of work to cover needs of business to flexibility would be a key advantage

Required:

* Full clean UK driver's licence

* Previous 4-5* experience

* Customer service focus
