About the Role: As a Business Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our new business initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment. Reporting to Senior Management, you will interact with both external customers and internal departments to ensure smooth processing and completion of business proposals.
Handle new business enquiries, keeping all stakeholders informed of proposal progress.
Manage the administrative life cycle of business opportunities from proposal to payout.
Perform FCA and DPA checks to ensure compliance.
Perform telephone delivery checks with customers and suppliers.
Update in-house systems and ensure accurate data entry for the Customer Services Team.
Provide general office administration support, including handling calls, emails, and filing.
Relating and Networking: Focus on customer satisfaction, set high standards, and consistently achieve project goals.
Following Instructions & Procedures: Follow instructions, adhere to procedures and policies, and demonstrate commitment to the organization's goals and legal requirements.
