Terms and Conditions: Permanent Contract. Full time, 37 hours per week.

In our Adults Services we are seeking candidates with strong experience, knowledge and a proven track record of management and senior leadership within Adult Social Care and of achieving excellence within regulated Provider Services.

You will have a depth of experience and knowledge across a number of key disciplines including one or more of: place based integration; mental health; learning disability; hospital discharge; registered services and independent living.

This role will also lead on relevant aspects of integration and service planning across the Integrated Care Partnership and Integrated Care System.
