An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing Scottish building contractor. This national contractor are involved in a variety of work from short 1-2 day turnaround projects to major lump sum infrastructure works.
As a Senior QS, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the cost management process for designated projects. Key responsibilities include cost management, procurement, valuation of variations, contract administration, financial reporting, risk management, and compliance.

Significant experience in a contracting QS role is essential
