As a retail supervisor, store manager or area manager, you’ll know retail is a dynamic and fast-paced sector. But now it’s time for a change: to escape the shop floor and weekend working. Working with learners at their place of work, in most cases for big retail brands, you’ll deliver the apprenticeship standard. That includes providing the support, guidance and motivation that helps them to get career-building qualifications. You’ll also help them to achieve transferable skills (in Maths and English) if needed, managing your own admin along the way.
It’s most likely you’ve got good experience of working in retail at management or supervisor level. Qualifications aren’t as important as understanding and aptitude: we can help you transform your experience into the skills you need for coaching.
GCSEs English and Maths (C or above or key skills equivalent).
If you already have a minimum Level 3 Teaching qualification and/or experience of operating within WBL/education environment, even better
