Working with learners at their place of work, in most cases for big retail brands, you’ll deliver the apprenticeship standard. You’ll also help them to achieve transferable skills (in Maths and English) if needed, managing your own admin along the way. What will you bring to the role? It’s most likely you’ve got good experience of working in retail at management or supervisor level. Qualifications aren’t as important as understanding and aptitude: we can help you transform your experience into the skills you need for coaching. In general, what we’re also looking for are: Experience of working in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines Strong communication and self-motivation skills GCSEs English and Maths (C or above or key skills equivalent).
