Overview

As a result of continued expansion and a growth in brand awareness, Neos Global Search is partnering with a rapidly expanding business to bring in a high-calibre Sales Manager with national remit.

Reporting into the Managing Director, the successful individual will oversee the creation and execution of a growth roadmap and input into overall business strategy, in-line with the company’s ambitious targets.

With a broad mix of building on excellent industry relations and cultivating a new client base, the successful individual will have a demonstrable track record of delivering new client wins, framework and tender success, as well as outstanding relationship building skills.

The successful individual will lead and develop a sales support team to raise the bar across the entire operational side of the business.

This is a rare opportunity to bring a new, creative lens on creating a high-performing team which would suit an ambitious individual with the capability of driving performance within a growing SME environment.

Key deliverables:

  • of managing a team, including setting targets, reviews, training, coaching and mentoring to improve contribution to the business
  • of creating a sales & marketing strategy, roadmap for further growth and strategy implementation
  • demonstrable track record of communicating efficiently across all aspects of the business, including operations, finance, etc
  • to present innovative ideas and business plans to senior management and present regular reviews of team performance and action plans
  • of public sector procurement/ tender process would be highly desirable

The successful individual will have the following background and experience:

  • Demonstrable experience with the sale of a physical, customisable product
  • Ambitious, driven and aligned with the company’s growth ambitions
  • An excellent communicator and relationship builder
  • The ability to create unique customer identification and management strategies
  • Agile, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
