Company Profile – Property Account Executive:
This market leading firm are an established, residential property acquisition/tech business located in South London. Currently in an exciting, pivotal growth phase, they are looking for ambitious, career orientated professionals to join their experienced team. They are backed by a well-known investment firm and this offers the perfect combination of a dynamic, fast paced, highly rewarding environment with a stable and solid base.
Duties & Responsibilities – Property Account Executive:
• Developing the valuation, account & asset management operation as part of a high performing team.
• Working with valuations team to qualify UK estate agents using software to instruct the best agent in each location
• Review performance of the panel, recruiting new estate agents as required.
• Assist the Asset Manager to manage stock performance managing the process from listing to sale.
• Assist in negotiate offers, manage price reductions and stock revaluation.
• Update Salesforce as required and use it to produce performance data for all functions.
Person Profile – Property Account Executive:
• Previous estate agency or asset management experience ideal, but not essential.
• Some account or relationship management in B2B highly desired
• Experience with CRM’s essential, ideally Salesforce
• Must have strong commercial awareness
• Experience working under pressure and within a fast-paced team
• Must be organised and efficient.
• Proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Natural relationship builder
• Experience liaising with multi-level stakeholders.

• Salary: £28-31,000
• Total salary £40-44,000 inc quarterly bonus
• Hybrid working 3 days in office / 2 days from home.
• Monday to Friday, no weekends
