Administrator and Marketing Assistant Hybrid

Marketing Assistant - Part Time Location: The Advocate Group are partnered with a leading drinks business known for their strong presence and bold marketing We are supporting this client on a hire for a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Leadership team and grow within a great business
Provide administrative support to the Marketing Leadership Team.
Maintain and manage Marketing VP diaries, arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms/software links.
Coordinate Marketing VP meetings and conferences, including venue/hotel booking, travel, and catering.
Create PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Excel spreadsheets.
Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring payment of invoices with the EMEA finance team.
Conduct specific projects and research on behalf of the Marketing Team, managing information flow accurately and timely.
Maintain office systems, data management, and electronic filing as needed.
Efficiently administer Marketing legal contracts and other documentation.
Perform other ad hoc duties as required by the Marketing Team, adapting to the evolving needs of the business.
Flexible, 'can-do' attitude with high attention to detail.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Demonstrated ability to manage and own projects.
Willingness to travel for meetings and events as required.
