SystemsAccountants are working with a growing organisation in London who seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Systems Administrator to join the team as an HFM Reporting and Consolidation Administrator . Operational Administration of HFM
Update rates, manage mappings with local ERPs, and oversee financial opening/close processes.
Control and ensure accurate data entry by subsidiaries into HFM.
Provide training and support to approximately 150 HFM users.
Ensure SOx compliance is met according to company policies and procedures in partnership with local users and third-party service providers.
Manage user setup, access requirements, and monitoring review controls.
Project Management for HFM Development
Act as the intermediary between finance teams and external service providers for HFM development projects.
Lead tool development projects, from drafting specifications based on business needs to testing, and overseeing the piloting of updates in the production system.
Monitor and assist in the creation of Entities, Cost Centers, and Accounts, particularly during acquisitions or business changes.
Assist with creating and maintaining financial dashboards.
Participate in the development of monthly reports and financial forecasts.
Support in budget and forecast processes, as well as ad-hoc financial analyses.
Provide assistance with data loading and extraction for reporting purposes.
2-3 years of experience in systems administration of an EPM system.
~ HFM experience is a plus, though not required – experience of similar solutions such as SAP BPC, OneStream, Cognos Controller, TM1, Tagetik considered.
~ Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
