Possible Locations: Reading, Thatcham, Havant, Aberdeen, Glasgow, Perth and Inverness

Working pattern: 1 day at the office in any of the locations above

About the Role: As a Lead Developer, you'll architect and maintain cutting-edge applications using Python & ReactJS, leveraging Azure cloud technologies.

  • Architect and Innovate: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python & ReactJS, leveraging Azure cloud technologies.
  • Lead and Inspire: Coach and guide the talented development team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Drive Results: Translate product visions into actionable solutions, working collaboratively to deliver tangible business outcomes.

What You Need:

  • Strong proficiency in Azure cloud technologies, with hands-on experience across a range of Azure services.
  • Good programming skills in Python or .NET, coupled with a keen eye for troubleshooting and analysis.
  • Proficiency in ReactJS
  • Proven track record in agile product delivery, with a knack for driving continuous improvement.
