We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented SHEQ Manager to join an established engineering company that designs and manufactures products with a keen eye on sustainability and a turnover in excess of £200m.


As a key player in the organisation, you will be instrumental in driving excellence across health, safety, quality, and environmental initiatives.


Champion a culture of safety and compliance across
Lead the development and implementation of robust SHEQ systems.
Devise and implement sustainability initiatives across the group
Maintain ISO 9001:2015 compliant Quality Management Systems.
Oversee risk assessments for all locations and field-based engineering teams.
Manage hazardous waste documentation and procedures.
Train on environmental protection procedures.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing and implementing health, safety, quality, and environmental initiatives.


In-depth knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
You will be based onsite for 1-2 days per week, and across the other two sites in Brownhills and Gloucester.

This vacancy is office hours Monday to Friday

This role would suit Health and Safety Managers, SHQE Managers, HSQE Managers and QESH Managers.
