As an agency, Prospa has grown rapidly over the last four years to now house 3 thriving fulfilment departments in Paid Social, Paid Search and Retention Marketing - servicing leading DTC e-commerce brands.
We’re now looking for an experienced Senior Paid Social Executive to join our talented team of marketing professionals and help supercharge client and agency growth.
Strong Paid Social is a necessity for consistent and profitable acquisition. For our clients it’s a core area and for us it’s one of our fastest growing teams.
This role is incredibly important for the future of our growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take complete ownership of high spending client paid social accounts
- Lead and support a team of 3+ account executives
- Execute research during client onboarding & account development
- Implement testing strategies across ad accounts
- Lead daily & weekly client communication via various channels
- Complete in-depth monthly data reports
- Provide ongoing value to all clients - go above and beyond
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years experience in Meta advertising is essential
- 4+ years experience in E-commerce is essential
- Previous management experience is essential
- Strong organisation skills are vital
- Strong analytical skills & data management are vital
- Agency experience is desired but not essential
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Strong copywriting skills are key
