Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Strabane (On-site, no hybrid)
Duration: Full Time / Permanent
Salary: 28-30k DOE
VANRATH are delighted to be working exclusively with our highly-valued manufacturing client as they search for an exceptional HR generalist to join their growing HR function.
You will be responsible for:
- Manage the HR systems ensuring accuracy of data.
- Provide support and coaching to Managers/ Team Leaders in managing performance.
- Advise Managers/ Team Leaders on employee relations issues including dealing with disciplinary and grievance issues as they arise.
- Support managers on people-related matters, providing them with timely guidance & tools.
- Develop relationships with employees, ensuring a deep understanding of the employee relations issues and fostering a positive work environment, with other members of the HR Team.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the HR Administration team.
- Work collaboratively with all members of the HR Team.
- Operate within the boundaries of employment law to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Work with the business to support employee development.
- Assist with HR reporting and data analysis using systems and looking at proactive ways to improve the HR service as well as conducting other HR administrative duties.
- Manage employee life cycle relations from recruitment to exit strategies.
- Promotion of employer brand, vision and values.
- Assist with policy creation and the implementation/communication.
- Assist with payroll processing.
About You
- 2+ years generalist HR experience
- CIPD or HR degree
