About the job:
Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff.
Contribute to menu development and innovation, bringing creativity and passion to every dish.
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock management.
About you:
Previous experience working in a professional kitchen environment
Strong culinary skills and a deep understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistently high-quality dishes.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends
Food hygiene and safety certification is preferred.
