Do you have Export and Customer Service experience?
My client is seeking an Export & Customer Service Specialist to join their global PharmaceuticalDistribution Operations team.
This role is crucial for processing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery with compliant Export documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in export management and a customer-oriented approach.
Be first point of contact for overseas and domestic customers.
Update and provide data for monthly KPI monitoring.
Raise Customer Complaints/GDP Incidents
Export management experience
Experience with exports outside the EU.
Strong customer orientation and a ‘be of service’ attitude.
Strong PC skills (CRM, ERP, Excel)
