As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a talented and experienced Events Coordinator to work in partnership with our Chief Executive to join our business.
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organising, and executing various events, ensuring each one runs smoothly and meets our high standards. These can range from partnering with local charity organisations through to our market leading People Essentials course that runs throughout the year. Youll play a pivotal role in leading from the front with these events whilst also aiding the CEO in their day to day tasks.

Event Planning and Management: Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, logistics, catering, and entertainment.
Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all events are delivered within budget.
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure the highest quality of service.
Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events, manage social media campaigns, and create promotional materials.
Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring all elements align with the event plan.
Post-event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations to determine successes and areas for improvement.
Demonstrable experience in event coordination or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
