PMO Co-ordinator - Inside - Ad hoc visits to Glasgow

Key Skills Required for the role:

* Experience undertaking administrative tasks in a fast paced environment
* Detail orientated
* Highly organised
* Good written communication skills
* Able to use initiative
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly use of excel
* Familiar with Sharepoint
* Able to quickly learn and use new technologies

Key tasks:

* Administer the on-boarding of new user to IT systems on a weekly/ monthly basis, manging the end-to-end process for individuals:
* Liaise with multiple project teams to collate and maintain user details within a master database
* Track and record individual user progress through on-boarding journey and provide information to colleagues in other teams as required
* Complete user systems access requests
* Check access has been set up on correct profiles ahead of training
* Monitor training MI to identify those who have not yet booked or completed required training and send reminder communications
* Create summary training MI
* Move users into live system on completion of training
* Issue post training user instructions
* Maintain system user access to support material sharepoint pages
* Support logistics for the set-up of project workshops and implementation events:
* Create and maintain distribution lists
* Coordination of diaries/ rooms/ attendees where required
* Issue invitations
* Maintain support material collateral:
o Coordinating refresh of material
o Uploading content
