At World Aero, we are an independent part 145 aviation component maintenance repair organisation. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all shipping activities, imports and exports. Coordinating with various transport companies, importers and clearance agents. This role ensures that all logistical activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company procedures. The Shipping and Customs Compliance Executive is crucial for optimizing the logistics processes, reducing costs, and ensuring timely availability of materials to support maintenance and operational needs.

Plan and oversee the transportation of goods, including international and domestic shipments.
Participating in regular customs compliance training to ensure the company is compliant at all times.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding logistics activities and timelines. 

Fluent in oral and written English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Grade 4 or above in English and Maths or equivalent. Logistics Experience – minimum of 1 years working within a logistics/shipping environment.
