What you can look forward to as Business Account Manager (m/f/d) - JLR & Volvo: Leads the Global Customer Account Team, manages the customer interface, and drives customer proximity Responsible for all commercial topics, including new project acquisitions, series business, change management, and annual price negotiations Drives customer profitability and cashflow management, including, accounts receivables, claiming, and VAVE Ensures all P&L related KPIs are aligned with the Business Units and tracks execution within the Sales Team Drives a ‘living’ and ‘actionable’ global customer strategy in line with OP/SP targets Building a robust customer relationship with reliable customer insight, understanding of market trends, product demand, benchmarking Your Profile as Business Account Manager (m/f/d) - JLR & Volvo: More than 5 years of experience in a similar area with personnel responsibility, preferably in automotive industry Ability to provide strong and pro-active sales and commercial guidance for account Strong leadership and matrix skills with team spirit and global view Vision/Ability to drive customer strategy forward and to win profitable business in close alignment with Division and PL’s Strategic and entrepreneurial drive with ability to cooperate in network with Divisions/Product Planning/Business Planning/Regions High level of stress resistance, very resilient as well as very analytical thinking and strong business acumen Deep understanding of automotive business, market trends, innovation and strong (global) networking and coordination/cooperation skills BoM / C-Suite interaction experience for alignment and discussions The position is part of the ZF Global Employee Referral Program.
