SF are partnered exclusively with a well-established Oakham based company to support recruitment for an Accounts Assistant on a full time, permanent basis. Hybrid / Flexible working is on offer alongside brilliant progression for this Accounts Assistant opportunity. This role would suit a dynamic individual with strong communication skills when dealing with external clients and holding meetings. You will be reporting to and working closely with a very experienced and qualified Financial Controller. Salary Guide: £27,000K - £29,000K Hybrid Working (2 days remote working) Study Support Bonus Structure Flexible working hours Full Time, permanent On-site parking Job duties:

  • Handling the Company's accounting and banking procedures
  • To produce and process invoice
  • Assisting with credit control
  • Resolving queries
  • Carrying out Financial CPD to staff
  • Dealing with external clients/stakeholders and holding meetings
  • Any other duties as and when required
The ideal candidate will have the following:
  • Hold or be working towards an accountancy qualification
  • Enthusiastic, committed and a fast learner with previous experience of a busy environment
  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Computer literate with an aptitude for numbers
