As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and experienced SaaS Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The New Business Account Manager role will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts through effective lead generation, participation in exhibitions, and direct sales strategies. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with a passion for technology and a proven track record in sales within the SaaS industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, including digital marketing efforts, networking, and outbound sales activities.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions and events to generate leads, network with potential clients, and promote our SaaS solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure, including conducting demos, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales collateral and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our products.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, providing regular reports on sales activity and pipeline status.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, specifically within the SaaS or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and effectively managing a sales pipeline.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and the ability to communicate their value to potential clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels of an organisation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required for exhibitions and client meetings.
